  • Equity requirements of up to $60 Million
  • Capitalization rates of 8% or higher
  • Office, retail or multifamily
  • Primary, secondary or tertiary markets
  • Asset quality of B minus or better

  • Special situation bridge loans, mezzanine loans or first mortgage loans
  • Minimum loan size of $500,000
  • Rapid underwriting and closing required
  • Rates of 8.5 % and higher
  • At least 75% loan to value ratio
